Pair this Honey Soy Grilled Pork Chops with your favourite grilled veggies and you've got a delicious, quick and easy meal for the Bermuda Day long weekend đĽđ! Serves 4.
Recipe adapted from Delish.
The key to making sure your pork chops do not become overcooked and dry is a marinate to break down the meat and keep it tender and juicy, as well as the use of a meat thermometer. Pork chops should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Pull the pork chops off the grill at 140 degrees and after resting for a few minutes, the meat will continue to cook to 145 degrees. It's the best way to ensure your pork chops don't come out dry!
