Recipe adapted from Delish.

The key to making sure your pork chops do not become overcooked and dry is a marinate to break down the meat and keep it tender and juicy, as well as the use of a meat thermometer. Pork chops should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Pull the pork chops off the grill at 140 degrees and after resting for a few minutes, the meat will continue to cook to 145 degrees. It's the best way to ensure your pork chops don't come out dry!

👉🏽INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

Red pepper flakes

4 boneless pork chops

👉🏽DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add pork chops then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins or up to 2 hours.

  2. Heat grill over medium-high heat with lid open and cook until seared and cooked through, 8 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
