For the Crema:
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 lime zested and juiced

½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
For the Burger:
½ ripe avocado
1 pound ground beef 90% lean
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 hamburger buns for serving
Lettuce and tomato slices for serving
Make the crema. In a food processor, combine all ingredients until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
Make the burgers. In a large bowl, mash the avocado. Add beef, salt and pepper and mix until combined. Form into 4-5 patties, about ½ inch thick.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Brush the grill with oil and cook the burgers until seared and golden brown, 4 minutes per side.
